Our aftercare packages come with different levels of support, based on what your website or application is for.
For an eCommerce website we definitely recommend Monthly Support Max.
For other websites we recommend Monthly Support Lite.
*Malware Cleanup is an additional charge if it takes longer than 1 hour for any of the above packages.
**For the Single Support package, the maximum support time included is 1 hour. If more time is required this can be purchased at reduced rate of £25 per hour.
Our Support Dashboard is used for creating new support tickets, so we can track any ongoing issues and resolve them. You will be provided with credentials to login when you register with us.
Monthly Support Lite and Monthly Support Max are a minimum 12 month contract. An early exit fee of 50% of the cost of the remaining term would apply.
